I want to tell you how much I appreciated my entire appointment yesterday.
From the moment I entered your office, your employees were incredibly
efficient, professional and friendly. My wait to see Dr. Wan and his
assistant were minimal. In a rare case for me, I felt that Dr. Wan took
his time and explained everything thoroughly. I will highly recommend
your
office to anyone I know.

I
wanted to take the time to let you know what kind of employee you have
in Bobby. I went in for new glasses Thurs. and made a decision I needed
to change. I called Bobby and I told him what change needed to be made.
He was off the following day, but said he would come in anyway if I
could be there. He not only came in on his day off, made the change,
but took the time to adjust my old pair of glasses to make me more comfortable
until the new glasses arrive.
I have been a patient at Family Eye Care Ctr. for many many years, and
the kind of service Bobby (and Dr. Wan) give to their patients keeps
me coming back.
Also, much thanks for the cheerful smiles from the "just the receptionists".

Doctors,
I
have been a patient at the Family EyeCare Center for about 20 years.
I’ve told Dr. Taylor many times how friendly and helpful the staff
is. I can honestly say that I’ve always had a positive experience,
both with the medical staff and the folks who work in the eyeglass part
of the office. Recently, my son and I purchased new glasses. One of
your staff, Bonnie, took the time to help us pick out frames we were
happy with. I wanted to be “trendy” this time and she helped
me pick out the perfect frames. The staff were professional, friendly
and patient. In this busy world we all live in, it’s so nice to
know that when I walk into the Family EyeCare Center, I and my family
will be treated so well. Everyone there always seems to love their work
and it’s evident in the way they patients!

Just
a little note of praise for Michael your optician! I love both pairs
of glasses that HE PICKED for me! I CAN SEE!! I have worn glasses for
40 years now and have never had anyone help me buy a pair that I like
right off the bat! Your office was full of people buying & selling
and Michael calmly sat me down, looked at me, looked at the glasses
I was wearing, tipped my head a little and asked me a few questions.
He then got up and went amongst all those other shoppers & reached
out & picked out 3 pair of glasses that somehow he KNEW I'd like!
Voila! He was right! I liked all three that HE picked. Out of the 3
we picked 2 which I now have and am very, very happy with. One pair
is for computer use & the other pair is for daily wear. He helped
me place the bifocal part where I WANTED it placed (with his expert
advice & promise that I'd like it). He listened to what I WANTED
and he had them made perfectly.
THANK YOU MICHAEL! You are a jewel. Very nice man and I thank you
