The safety of our patients and our staff members remains our top priority. We assure you that our goal is to provide excellent eye care services in a clean and safe environment. We are implementing strict healthcare protocols that you will notice in effort to maintain social distancing and safe interactions. These new updated procedures are recommendations from the CDC, the Santa Clara County Public Health Department, the California Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.

  • We have new personal protection protocols to protect our patients, staff members, and doctors.

  • All patients who enter our office will be required to wear a mask. All of our staff members and doctors will also be masked during your visit.

  • All patients will be given hand sanitizer upon entering the office and / or they will be asked to wash their hands thoroughly when they are escorted to an exam room.

  • We will start with limited doctors schedules and with extended hours to decrease the number of staff members and patients in the office at one time.

  • Each adult patient will enter the office alone.  Any patient under the age of 18 years of age may be accompanied by one parent / guardian during their office visit.

  • Glasses and contacts that you have purchased from us can now be picked up in our newly-designated pick up areas.

  • All staff members and patients will now be required to have their temperature taken along with completing a brief COVID-19 questionnaire prior to entering our facility.

  • All equipment, glasses, and exam rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between uses.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in these difficult times as we attempt to find a new sense of normalcy.  We look forward to seeing you and attending to your vision needs. Please call the office to schedule your appointment today!
